It is here at this time of the day that I find the strength to go on ... when faced with things that wrench at my very soul ... it is here that I know things are going to be all right. It is here I know things will work out...

 For in this time taken out of each new day, I talk with the one who created me ... who loves me unconditionally.

The conversation goes something like this...
 "Hi God,
This is me. I know you know what is on my heart ... how I feel about things in my life. I know that you know the way I walk ... you see all things ... know all things ... and yet love through all things. Thank you for that.

There are some people that really need your touch. Would you heal them? Would you be with them and give them the courage and the strength to face all the days ahead?

And then there are some people that need your comfort? Would you speak to them in the midnight hours?

 For you and you alone hold the answers. Thank you for being God. Thank you for all you have done. All the honor, all the glory, all the praise is yours.
 Keep me from walking in paths I should not ... help me to forgive when it is so difficult at times ... remind me that I too make mistakes ... and need forgiveness...

Your name is above all names.  May your will be done on this earth and may your kingdom dawn in each of our hearts ... this very minute.
And for this day...give us those things we need ... our daily bread ... and Lord, give us a hunger for your Word... a hunger to live the way you lived while you were on this earth...

Keep our thoughts towards you ... and our mind stayed on you.
Thanks, Lord for all you do ... for all you have done ... and for all you will do in our lives.
In the most precious Name of Jesus. Amen

And then there is a beautiful silence ... as if I have not only touched the fringes of heaven ... but have been ushered into the very throne room...

 "My Child,
This very day I have heard your prayer and the prayers of my children on earth ... and I will answer...
 I tell you something that you already know but I will say it again and there will be a day when it is shouted from the housetops...

 I am going to return and gather up those who are called by My Name. Never doubt that. You can count on it.

 I have touched the ones you have prayed for ... for you see they are MINE too. I love them far more than you can ever imagine. I will be with them.

    
  Mankind seems to think forgiveness is a choice ... that it is something they decide. Not really... Forgiveness is a requirement... a mandate. And you know the one mankind always has had a problem forgiving is their own self. More harm is wrought by an unforgiving heart than anything else that causes harm.
    Mankind is a constant worrier ... they worry about things they want ... they worry about things they need...they worry about things that are going to happen and they worry about things that never are going to happen.

If they would only replace those thoughts of worry...with the reality of My Words to them. For I have told them to lean on Me ... to trust ME ... to rest in Me ... and to give me those worries. They ask me to take control of their lives ... and then they decide they want to steer.

 I give them two choice ... life ... or death. I love them enough I let them choose.

 Go now ... be about My Work ... and leave the rest to Me.

 And one more thing... I would like to hear from you more often ... not just when you need something ... not just when you are weary or worrying ... but just for no reason at all other than you want to talk to ME.
    For I am your Heavenly Father ... and whether you are close to me ... or far away from Me...
    I love you. Come in a closer ... it is time. The days are passing on ... and my Word is true.

   

"Behold, I tell you a secret... we shall all be changed in the twinkling of an eye...
